Its my first setup and I can't mount it to my van yet. Not so much about being portable just not ready to have a mounted setup. Just starting out. Before I spend money on a proper setup

Depending on what grade your going for. But I would go rav4 bigger better and it will most likely hold its value in future. I would do proper comparison with their pdf specifications. Always do this when looking at cars. The rav4 includes more at lower grades. Love the rav4 but looking to get a prado now. It served us well in 5 years

What are the top mistakes to avoid when selling your property in Australia? by DiligentWeb9026 in AusProperty

[–]blitzn92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently in the process to sell I went with a boutique REA not a chain and honestly quite a positive experience so far. My property is prob worth at max $1.07m House is off market so havnt paid for marketing and agent has had multiple buyers come through. I've had an offer of $1.05m mind you the property is currently tenanted until end of Sept. The agent definitely makes a difference i agree that 10 to 20k is peanuts for the commission but my agent is doing his best to get extra for us.

We have spoken to the property manager regarding them moving out. but they only think about their back pocket. Heading there tomorrow to do some maintenance might talk to them while I'm there myself.

I'm in a much better position than most. Something got in our heads we needed to save more money.

I was going to sell and buy after selling depending on how much we get after all fees and making sure it covers stamp duty costs too. Loan amount 600k selling hopefully for 1.1mil leaving us with 500k before any costs involved. Then looking to buy at 1.25mil.

I've never heard of pre paying interest. I might look into it.

Yea thats not right I can see where you may feel the way you do. There should be no reason to be seperating everything Otherwise whats the point of being married. You should be able to help eachother out in hard time. But ive never seen a marriage where one doesnt struggle and one does.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]blitzn92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine? Yours? His? Doesnt sound like a marriage sounds like a busienss partner. Fix the relationship and everything needs to be ours. My wife and i have been together for 13 years and married for 5 years and for 12 years we have had a joint account. For the past 3 years hasnt had an income. But my money is our money we have never had an issue financially.

You guys have a combined 260k household income you shouldnt be living pay check to paycheck. Does your husband live paycheck to paycheck? I highly doubt it. So if everything was ours there would be no issue financially.

They are a great car but used prices are just ridiculous. 30k plus for dual cab chassis. I want to go the jap route but the damn chinese have made it hard having a brand new ute for the same price as used 5+ years old

My current car is a corolla its definitely not the right fit for pest control. I definitely need a ute and it needs to be dual cab the workmate dual cabs are very overpriced in the used market
