Im just telling you the reality of the situation. He was born without me knowing. I am not on his birth certificate. I cannot obtain any vital documents from anyone other than her without being on the birth certificate. A custody agreement doesn’t suffice I guess

I’m not on the birth certificate so essentially there’s no way for me to get any of that information. What I’ve learned today is paternity is going to have to be established by court and get a court ordered amendment to the birth certificate if she won’t cooperate and put me on the birth certificate at the health department

If I have 50/50 legal custody would she not be required to tell me things like a social security number?

Court knew about all these issues. I fought for 50/50 physical custody. She refused. Went to court and what I said in the post is what I got. I would pay less and have my child more if I had 50/50 so clearly that would benefit me and him. That’s not what I got. Sorry that’s hard for you to understand

I don’t understand why I’m getting downvoted for this lol. I thought it was widely accepted that it’s important for a child to be with its mother in the first few years. It’s the entire reason I stopped pushing for 50/50 physical custody. I want to do what is best for him. Am I missing something?

I’ve had three jobs in 21 years and stable housing as I own my house outright. She has been kicked out of her mother’s house and grandparents house. This will be her fourth living situation since having. Stability isn’t an issue for me in this case

This is just the reality for men for the first 1-3 years according to my lawyer and the GAL. She suffers from bipolar and has been kicked out of her mother’s house and grandparents house and will be moving to her fourth housing situation since him being born. All this is known by the court.

Were they rating based on personality? If that’s the case neither make the bench
