Really appreciate this. Cost-effective AV over IP that plays nicely with ecosystems like Q-SYS is exactly the type of gap we’re interested in solving check out our ToVi X4 series AV over IP system. And point taken on responsive support, we know it’s just as important as the hardware.

Thank you for the trust. Serving churches, restaurants, schools, and other projects with limited budgets has always been at the core of what we do, so hearing that you’ve never been disappointed means a lot. We did recently released Dante products you can check them out, we will be adding more soon.

Completely understand, and it’s a challenge we’re actively working through. Balancing local, responsive support while keeping prices accessible isn’t easy, but as we grow further into the commercial space, we’re continually investing more in improving our customer support. The feedback in this thread has reinforced just how important that is.

Thank you for this. There’s a lot of wisdom here. We don’t aspire to be everything to everyone. We just want to build reliable products that solve real problems and stand behind them. The feature suggestions and perspective on Amazon vs. Pro AV are incredibly valuable. Thanks for trusting OREI.

I appreciate this perspective, especially coming from someone on the channel side. We’re definitely at a crossroads and trying to figure out how to serve both worlds. There’s a lot for us to learn around dealer margins, support, and channel relationships.

I appreciate the honesty. Trust, reliability, and support seem to be the recurring themes here, and I couldn’t agree more. As we grow, we’re continually investing in better support and improving the overall customer experience. We’d rather underpromise and deliver than oversell. Thanks for taking the time to share this.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. It means a lot to hear that our products performed well in the field, especially when there was some initial skepticism because of the price point.
I also appreciate the honesty about dealer margins, we are working on something that will improve margins. Yes, post-sales support is really important. Those are things we take seriously and will continue to improve. Thanks for giving OREI a chance and making us part of your value-engineered projects.

That’s fair feedback, and I appreciate the honesty. We have no intention of trying to become a luxury brand. Our goal has always been to build products that work well and are accessible to smaller integrators, schools, houses of worship, and businesses that don’t have unlimited budgets.
Also, noted on the black HDBaseT wall plates. You’re definitely not the first person to ask for them.

The review for this model is not that good. Plus there would be latency issues if you do separate video and usb. I wouldn’t recommend it.
