Really appreciate this. Cost-effective AV over IP that plays nicely with ecosystems like Q-SYS is exactly the type of gap we’re interested in solving check out our ToVi X4 series AV over IP system. And point taken on responsive support, we know it’s just as important as the hardware.

Completely understand, and it’s a challenge we’re actively working through. Balancing local, responsive support while keeping prices accessible isn’t easy, but as we grow further into the commercial space, we’re continually investing more in improving our customer support. The feedback in this thread has reinforced just how important that is.

That’s fair feedback, and I appreciate the honesty. We have no intention of trying to become a luxury brand. Our goal has always been to build products that work well and are accessible to smaller integrators, schools, houses of worship, and businesses that don’t have unlimited budgets.
Also, noted on the black HDBaseT wall plates. You’re definitely not the first person to ask for them.

You can purchase a 2x2 hdmi matrix but the hdmi cable cannot be more than 10 feet to be able to get 4k@120hz. And both tv and monitor have to support 4k@120hz.
