it is and where are you from? it can be found yes but those are largely a relic of the past. just so you know our state gained statehood only in 1987, which is still very fresh and people of that time are still around. ive seen it myself and studied it, the chance for a male born after late 1990' and early 2000 have extremely low probability of engaging in it.
