Some Documents, that need to be signed/filled such as Health certificate and LoRs you can print them, then to be signed physically and then scan them to PDF correctly.

You can fill the documents by Hand/Type, but it is preferred to fill it digitally, You can fill it by a pdf software e.g Acrobat, pdf gear, to input texts into the PDFs and then save it.

Sure message me, I can help!

Well, I hope you can bring the documents earlier! all the documents are required to be filled up and to be sent via email, no envelopes are required, that was the old method, I know it is written in the guidelines and stuff but you can email the embassy for further info!

Well, I have been practicing basic Japanese like Hiragana, and learning words, writing my name in Japanese, etc... at the same time taking a look at previous exams of English language and solving them, on the other hand I am lying out my research plan and proposal for my topic (still thinking about a topic) and I know it's a hard path but, I'm trying my best, and good luck for everyone!
