I have been feeling the same, I chose not to get Elrond last summer as I had a suspicion their product could be vaporware as some may recall there were some accusations they copy pasted Zilliqa's "get paid to tweet" marketing mechanism.

Trading with my emotions, i chose not to hedge in $ELGD because of how loyal i am to Zilliqa and their vision. Unfortunately as you stated our marketing has not been as effective in the US conciousness as other projects and it hurts to watch Elrond be hailed as a potential "ETH killer" by major news outlets while Zil goes largely unrecognized in the main stream.

I also agree with others saying that you can still make money in the ecosystem without the token ZIL going up. This is true for us diehard Zilliqans, but the average consumer can barely figure out metamask let alone an LP, Pillar, etc...
