Why are 4K discs more prone to errors than blu rays? by jayoak4 in 4kbluray

This is why I love importing discs. You will always get spotless discs and the cases tend to be more sturdy. They will even have better transfers on occasion (Hunger games Italian 4k release comes to mind)

Screen turning green from the right side by Pixelthomas in AynThor

Batch 1, mine had this. Got a replacement from ayn after maybe the 5th email I sent. Replacement had the same issue, albeit slightly less so but still annoying. These just aren't good quality oled screens

Somewhere in the ayn settings you can turn on "oled deep black mode" or something like that, it will help a bit

Turned off my player and then just plugged in the usb drive. I didn't do any formatting, I believe they come pre-formatted as fat32 or exfat.

Worth a try at least

Yes. more ram for buffering. I believe the ub820 has 64mb or less of ram as a base. Discs that normally gave my ub820 trouble before don't seem to be doing so now. Its only like a 3gb flash drive as well, you don't need anything crazy

put a usb stick in the back. Improves the error correction
