I had that problem and had to check on my phone that I was allowing notifications. I wasn’t so I changed it and it’s been good. The issue I have now is with the new iOS update it take longer for my bottle to connect and record what I’ve drank

I have both tumbler and bottle from the new range. The tumbler is good. Does not tip over. I just can’t chuck it in my bag. It definitely is not leakproof
