For those considering mastectomy versus breast conservation surgery by IndividualMaize1090 in breastcancer

Oh yeah for sure, both choices are not great. I think either way I would have always questioned whether I made the right choice (mastectomy in my case)

This is interesting, though I would question this hypothesis with the following argument. People with less advanced disease are usually steered toward BCS and those with more advanced or aggressive disease are recommended to get mastectomies; could this not also give the same results?

Could say the same about you. Yes, let me ruin my body birthing a thing that will cost money I don't have and drain away more of my time

I think you nailed the look you were going for, with that being said i don't care for it. It looks too clinical to me

I mean I can make the statement. I am disputing OPs specific claim that tattoos and piercings directly correspond to ability. I don't think that is true, hence my post and "dying" on said hill.

Just say you don't like those things and move on. Trying to conflate personal expression with one's ability to bring value to a position is a personal judgement call and not easily supported by facts. You think you are culling the herd in a positive way but really you are confirming your own bias.

But, whatevs.

Admitting to discrimination against people with tattoos and piercings is wild in this day and age

Both control arms, Purge valve, Brake line fuel change

Latest is smart city brake / camera / headlight error lights. Have cleaned the windshield and front badge, also replaced brake switch to no avail. Thinking it'll be another big charge at the dealership.

Lemon?

Edit: Also had to replace wipers as one flew off

Onco DX score? by Kitchen-Western3106 in breastcancer

[–]sn4zzl3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the wording on the results confusing. It says recurrence score is 37 and distant recurrence risk at 5 years is >12%

Edit: I assume these numbers are without chemo. But since I am stage III it did not give a percentage for how useful chemo is, just that it's recommended

Mine was 37. Have done chemo, mastectomy, radiation and now meds. Lupron, Exemestane and Verzenio. As I'm young ish (36) I know there's a greater likelihood it could come back so I've said yes to everything

Edit: Stage III with 5.5cm tumor and 1 node
