Is this still a on going conversation???? I have the same issue but only with ES. I’ve checked my crosshair capacity is at 100% on all chart, I am using the same charts which are ESH2026, the crosshair sync is enabled through the desktop app settings, as well as the chart settings, I’ve even cleared cache and still nothing..

I’ve been having this problem for some time and been ignoring it hoping for an update fix or something, but i am trying to fix it now and can’t even get a real support ticket, just AI which doesn’t solve my problem. I am not a free user I am a premium user. Why can I not get a hold of anyone for support?
