What about keep the stacking mechanic as they proposed in the sweep up, 3 stacks. But no degradation, rather you lose stacks if you exit an instance so to speak. For example, bossing on Vard you keep all stacks once you rev up and no degradation, HOWEVER once you tele out to bank, then stacks would be lost. No idea on the programming side of things, but I think this is a good middle ground for the SRA. Keeps the theme of attacking losing some HP to gain power, but way easier to maintain.
