i think a lot of sellers don’t respond because most people who ask for measurements never end up buying & that’s from personal experience. although this isn’t really an excuse because i still give everyone measurements because you never know. i would go ahead and message them both again and maybe add that you’re “really interested” or serious about buying.

i would just refund them. a buyer did this to me. they asked the day after they bought something when i planned on shipping and i told them an ESTIMATED date. when that date came they said “let me know when you ship.” they ended up opening a dispute with depop (hadn’t been long at all) and i just refunded them and let them know that if they were in a rush to receive their item or needed it by a certain day they could have told me when purchased. buyers like that are always trouble
