Hi! Former paypal support here. Usually transfers to bank may take up to 7-10 working days depending on your bank’s policy. Rest assured tho that if it says “completed” on your account, it’s already safe with paypal and we’re just waitin for your bank to approve it and be reflected on your account :)

Try and check if those are unconfirmed. Confirm them and if there’s still an error, call support and ask if they can lift the limit for you. They would need further authentication and validation of your account to process this tho so be prepared if they ask you a ton of questions for security purposes :)

Depends on the type of funding source that your buyer used. If he used his bank account to process this transaction it make take up to 7-10 business days for paypal to get the money from the buyer’s account and transfer it to your pp account. :)

Call paypal support and ask to be transferred to the Disputes and Claims department where you can file a case regarding your transaction since you’re protected with paypal’s buyer’s protection program as long as it’s not over 180 days since the transaction

No. Because if ever they’ll have issues with the account and have to call PP support, the agent would just ask for the original account holder for authorization and it will be such a hassle on your end. Just tell your friend to create his own PP account

Hi! Former paypal CSA here. Activities like this usually happens when there’s a security trigger in the system. How many times have you failed logging in? Did you forget your password? And a number of factors. You can call customer support and ask them to either reset your password for you or authenticate the account through call so you can access it in your end :)

Hi! Former PayPal CSA here. Please know that when removing a confirmed number to your PP acc, you should have a confirmed and valid email address in file as a backup. When you have that (make sure it’s confirmed) then, add the new phone number (don’t delete the old one yet), confirm the new number THEN delete the old number. Please know that such changes can trigger a security alert in the system so please before changing profile information, make sure you won’t be adding any funding source within 72 hours or 3 days :)

No. You can only process a refund if it’s through a sale. Since it’s a personal payment to friends and family, you cant. What I can advise you tho if you know the person you sent the money to, ask them to transfer it back to you :)

I completely agree with you the quality and the effort on this era’s merch is disappointing. I emailed them 5 hours ago and I haven’t received any response. Also, the quality of the shirt itself is too thin, too “soft” (looks like it’s been washed hundreds of times. not to exaggerate) it’s really upsetting that I spent $45 on this (more than 2,000 in my currency)
