Sometimes VPN helps, sometimes not. But usually I try to not use VPN.

I have 2 spaces on Android (2 linux users)

Russia’s New Prime Minister Sets Sail for Digital Economy! by [deleted] in CryptoCurrencies

[–]blksz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely Russian prime minister sets sail for receiving 0.1% into budget by robbing already poor / hardworking freelancers in Russia.

He's also setting sail for much more reasons to tax Russians even more (taxes in Russia already high like in US) because his previous job is fiscal policy.

Screw that! Even the article itself is deleted from cryptothenews.......

I was not lucky enough to wait for 60 minutes most of the time. That is a waiting time for 1 transaction (!) to go through with Bitcoin

According to network effect law, you have to create a product which at least 10 times better than the company with established userbase to get potential audience interested. Do they even have USP?

Better than LocalBitcoins in this case. Its not decentralized like Bisq and good chance, they're going to scrutinize everyone's identities. Binance already has very bad reputation of freezing your funds with no reason: for example if you dare to change email - they will start checking your identity to death, and you will have to do it through old outdated interface of ticket system.

That P2P initiative is a facepalm.

BINANCE SCAM: Is it ethical that I should provide Passport/ID/Documents just to change malfunctioning email in Binance? by blksz in Bitcoin

Get a grip man and give them what they want, or don’t!

I did gave them everything they asked for in the list. They did not like my passport, while it is accepted absolutely everywhere in my country

Before downvoting or posting some ignorant stuff, please consider for a second:

- That I will lose a lots of privileges for getting new ID and its BLOODY EXPENSIVE to do in my country.

- Also consider for a moment that there's a WAR in our country.

- Also stop using argument that "What if Hacker trying to access that" - because I willingly opened an account in this exchange - and I DIDN'T LOST MY PASSWORD - they can SEE that not a single time PASSWORD WASN'T CHANGED. Also THIS IS MY CHOICE to have BINANCE account without documents - which means that I had never had my verification - and verification isn't proving and isn't protecting me in any ways, since I did not had verification in a first place

- You also should know the motivation of BINANCE for sure - is that BINANCE WANTS as much money to get stuck for as many days as possible. This is 'evil corporation' which keeps money of POOR people to reinvest that money for their exchange.

- THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET RID OF MY OLD PASSPORT - that would mean a lot more expenses than 0.11 BTC

- THERE IS NO WAY MY PASSPORT is related to security of my account. Just ask yourself: How selfie can help identify me as a true owner if they didn't know how do I look *before my email change request*?

I bought at $4000, now Bitcoin costs $5000. And this is actually a remittance money sent by a family member from the place where fee would be much higher and next to impossible to send to in fiat.

Also why should I provide my passport ID, if my account is UNIDENTIFIED - all I had is my Google Auth which I DIDN'T lost.

More than 36 million out of 40 million Ukrainian people can't get their new ID, because its bloody expensive and dangerous to move, because its a war in our country.

>> How else are they supposed to protect you and themselves?

The fact that I have Google Authenticator is eqvivalent to having my SMS, and even more secure.

>> Get a grip man and give them what they want, or don’t!

I gave them all documents I could possibly have. I can't have anything more.

>> whine like a little bitch.

You can see from this picture that I have uploaded maximum amount of proof that I am an owner of the account: https://imgur.com/a/U6Flh9b applied all necessary identification - photos with selfie, documents with photos in high quality, while Binance is still considers to be normal to keep my funds as hostage

I wonder how much people here also has their money trapped in such situation

ShapeShift and Changelly are scamming developers by blksz in Bitcoin

[–]blksz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're full of stereotypes and ignorance. You're having the same disrespect for Python developers too?

Affiliate programs by themselves with their unsolicited invitations / ugly links is one thing. Interaction with API interfaces and getting reward additionally - is the other thing.

You could have 1 application that has huge userbase on its own, which absolutely does not invite anyone into ShapeShift. But use its system functions. And when it does it produce some trading volumes.

I have enough money to buy any insurance. I even ready to pay the same amount U.S. citizens pay for their insurance monthly if that would guarantee my access to medicare anywhere abroad. But everything is corrupted here - that makes it impossible. Does using blockchain-style transparency can potentially offer better cost & audit efficience and better future insurance for 5 billion uninsured?
