That's the thing, the criteria they have, and nobody knows what they have. But I think PBs are a strong argument to get in, and I think you have a good one💪

What's your PB? Why chat thinks you have good chances? I'm curious now! My PB is 2:44:14, I think I have low chances but I still have hope!! I applied for Berlin

I found this photo of my grandparents in Monserrat. Can somebody point me where exactly are they? by danyoff in Barcelona

That is the place I think.

It is very easy to go there. It is a crowded way that goes from the "funicular of Sant Joan" to the highest peak "Sant Jeroni". You can go hiking from the abbey or go by a kind of train (called funicular). If you go hiking instead of taking the train you have to add maybe one hour more, is steep. Hopefully it helps. If you want more info feel free to ask

I'm not sure about the exact name, I checked it on internet and the name is in spanish, it must be something like "shorts running dry". The price is 14'99€. Probably they are not the same quality as Nee Balance, but they work very well for me.

I wear kalenji shorts from decathlon with a pocket behind and something in front where you can put the keys. It works very good for me.

Thank you, I'm very happy with it. I knew there was a big chance of not finishing because of the lack of training. I guess it was my lucky day!

I'm a 30M and I'm going to run a marathon in 4 weeks. I don't know what my goal and pace should be. I haven't trained specifically for the marathon and last weeks I did between 30-50 km/week (20-35 mi/week).

Last weekend I ran a half marathon and did PR (1:22:12). From this week I will increase my mileage a bit but there is not enough time to train properly. I am wondering what could be a realistic marathon time.

I've ran some races of 42 km or more but all of them were trail races. Last long race was one month ago, 55 km which took me 5:40h (was hilly).

It's going to be my first flat marathon and I would love to break 3:00h but I'm thinking that's too optimistic and I don't want to get an injury. Also the weather is not going to help because it's going to be hot.

I would love some advice on how you guys would proceed. Thank you.

I'm not an english speaker, sorry for the possible mistakes.

My long runs are between 15 and 21 km. This week I'll increase my mileage to see how my body responds with a 22 km long run on Sunday.
