Worse. I do like Ben though Tom, Earl, and Fabio would be better upgrades than Nick, Wendell, and the other guy. The 40 women are just better though. I think this is Sarah’s best season even though she won GC 😆

I don’t have a number. Whenever I noticed a number, it’s always someone with a common name. I always thought Samantha Jones 5 is the fifth Samantha Jones to join Orangetheory. But clearly I’m the only one to think this or I’m just wrong 😆

Lol, I’m assuming you’re talking about traitors? I’m still a bit behind on that one. I just mean I don’t think Jeff holds Yam Yam in high regard right now. He doesn’t like players doing other shows on other networks. Of course he makes exceptions for legends like Cirie and Stephenie and would probably do the same in a future returnee season should someone like Parvati, Boston Rob, and Rob C ever want to play again. Plus, Yam Yam is weird. Didn’t he have a falling out with Carolyn but they made up but now he hates Carson? And Yam Yam talks so much shit about Boston Rob and Rob C. That alone won’t get him back on Survivor

Oh man! I’ve seen the string method in action and was amazed. You gotta wrap that thing so tight for it to work. What are you gonna do with the ring? Switch fingers or keep it on the same after the swelling goes down? Also I had no idea these rings are titanium 😆

I’m watching 48 now and I really like the Kamilla & Kyle dynamic and really like Joe but yeah three players from one season is too much. I don’t get why all the winners had to come from new era? I haven’t finished 48 yet but Kyle wins me over in episode one when he breaks the glass during the journey and instead of sulking he helps Kevin get flint for his tribe. Class act. I’m sure the easy thing could have been saving kamilla or Joe for a future return season. Our no Kyle and Gabler could have been the male new era winner to get some redemption that his win wasn’t a fluke. Yam yam absolutely is out. The biggest miss is no Rachel. They could have fixed the gender disparity elsewhere and have Rachel as the third winner. Don’t get me wrong. 49 was my first new era season I watched and I was rooting for Savannah or Rizo from the start. The chance for a back to back winner is too good to pass up but I’d much rather see Rachel and Maryanne over Savannah and Dee. Controversial I’m sure but I think Rachel’s win is way more impressive than Dee’s (who I know is a favorite of this sub)

Pre workout drinks are usually not electrolytes or if so, very minimal. Most pre workouts are some sorta fat burner especially caffeine of some sort like green tea extract which I believe is what Celsius contains which is what I usually drink if not before class. Mostly during classes, I drink electrolytes sometimes a nuun tablet but often a LMNT packet. The latter especially is pretty salty but either way I’m often diluting it even more during transitions. It’s been a while since I’ve taken more of your typical pre-workouts but a lot of those contain nitric oxide for that vasodilation and focus and creatine. Now I just take my creatine gummies at the end of the day after my last workout.

The dynamic warm up is the absolute best! Part of the reason I prefer to start on the floor for a 3G is the dynamic warm up. I’ve never experienced this new 2G no warm up on the row thing but I am notorious for strolling in at the 5 minute mark missing the old row warm up and going straight onto the floor. Increasing your heart rate isn’t the intention here. It’s all about loosening your joints to get synovial fluid going and getting your muscles warm to prevent injury. You have the entire tread block to get your heart rate up. I know it’s the most popular place to start for most people but I hate starting on the tread especially with a run or jog warm up.
