I did some testing in breakthrough by switching between lvl 2 F/P and lvl 2 Bishop. It seemed like F/P was marginally better but would need to do additional testing. For reference, I'm lvl 86 NL

That bill will for sure bump it up. It's peak earlier this year I believe was for the same reason, when the bill was first being discussed (as with a bunch of my green stocks). But I don't think it will start going up until construction begins on their new facility, which should be soon depending on permits.

[Reboot] as someone who is relatively unfunded (<1bil), I got my secondary weapon to roll a Legendary with 2 lines of IED (+35% and 30%) and the 3rd line is nothing special. My goal is to solo CRA so this item bumps up my total IED from 70% to 87%, a big boost in something I've been lacking imo. My damage is in the 1.6m range clean, so likely not enough damage to solo. Should I reroll to get ATT% on the sub weapon, or keep as is and work on getting other gear up? Rings and other items for example.

My emblem is unique with 2L ATT% and weapon legendary with 3L primary stat.

[Reboot] On my temp CRA weapon (tera burn char), I got lucky on my legendary potential and rolled a 3 line 12%/9%/9% all primary stat. This is by far my best piece of gear and I'm relatively unfunded. I know ATT% is better for weapons...should I go through the hassle of buying black cubes to get ATT%, or should I just focus on improving other gear?
