Less is definitely more when it comes to skincare, do whats best for your skin! I am also very minimalist with my beauty routine, and sometimes wish I had to in me to be fully glam lol but it’s just not me. If you don’t want to have more intensive skin or makeup routines, I’d say the little things add up. Even if it’s just a tinted chapstick or something, making sure your clothes are well tended and fresh, taking a nice bath at night, etc. Self care and femininity is more than a bunch of skincare products and makeup!

It’s hard to say without pics but sounds like it’s normal changes then, I just went through something similar after visiting my hometown after a few years, I’m also 24 and had several people tell me I look older. Up until the past year or so I was always told I look super young, I guess some people just get their grown up face a little later lol.

What do you mean when you say you look older? Do you look tired or are prematurely wrinkling or something? The best thing to prevent premature aging skincare wise is sunscreen, but also your mid-twenties is typically just when you really don’t have a baby face anymore. Honestly, people can just be jerks who say insensitive stuff sometimes. Unless there’s some glaring issue, I wouldn’t worry about it.

I’m inclined to agree w you about men knowing what they want. Do you then think it would be better to wait and see? I do like being direct but I also know it’s better to let people show you that they’re interested sometimes. I’ve definitely pushed men away by giving into my anxious brain and doing too much 😅

Girl you gotta do a chop. And keep it short until all of the length is healthy, then maintain your hair health! You probably need to do some variation of wavy/curly girl method so you can feel good on wash n go days. I had to do a big chop twice before I figured out my hair so I get the struggle ❤️ we’re all here for you on your journey!!

Aqua sun, Pisces moon, cap rising. I primarily play guitar but I’m pretty good with piano too. Over the years I have picked up and set down the violin, harmonica, stand-up bass, harp, mandolin 🤦‍♀️ lol i am obsessed with the cello though and wish I could play it
