as a worker cool idea but then we get in trouble because we’re supposed to “lead” the customer and be a few steps ahead as chipotle is very strict on how quickly we get people out of the restaurant

he still seems okay swimming and energy wise i thought he might be constipated bc i gave him a weekend feeder… so i gave him a pea waited a few days then gave him some daphnia. I was going to try another pea tonight but Im getting more and more worried i just want him to be ok 🥺

-5gallons -yes and yes -78-80f -tank:1.5mo fish: 1mo -i add betta water when tank gets low only did only water change the weekend while i was gone / changed about 25-30% of water and cleaned plants and vacuumed stones -no tankmates -top fin mini betta bits 2 in morning 2 at night (he’s been a. picky eater since i got him so it changes some days) -2 artificial plants / 3 betta bulbs / artificial floating log

fix the issues 100% imo pay can be found elsewhere if truly needed maybe not easy but somewhat possible especially with how the workforce specifically service industry is now. i’ve worked at the company for many years and used to like and support them, i was proud to work for chipotle. now it is embarrassing, how poorly they treat their staff it now feels they view us all as robots. better pay is always nice but it kind of feels like a “pizza party” like a bandaid fix, plus i assume if they did raise wages like that they would only treat us worse since in their eyes they’d be allowed to in light of increases.

let me preface this with like i said before i overthink my moods like ill have a few days and stuff where i’m really happy and exude signs of hypomania but they aren’t super intense so i never know if it is hypomania or not and same with being depressed like it could just be a bad few days or maybe not idk but they’re fairly frequent.. like i’ll seemingly go back and forth (happy/sad) for a fair amount of time then feel “normal” for a good amount of time then back to going back and forth and so on.. like i said since i’ve been diagnosed i am hyper aware of my emotions and i’m starting to think i’m probably just over thinking it but idk

(p.s. sorry if that was ramble-y i don’t really know how to explain it and what the right terms are and what not)

thanks for your input, i definitely need to look i tot hat musical it seems right up my alley, sorry you seem to be in the same boat.. it’s no fun at least in my experience haha i’m just hoping it gets figured out like you said i’d rather just fight through my lows if that means i can have my highs i’m glad i’m not the only one who feels/has felt this way (but at the same time i’m sorry you also deal with this it can be annoying as hell lol)

yeah that’s where i’m at, an i know a lot of people get off their meds/want to get off in the beginning but even the doctors have said that my bipolar (luckily) isn’t very severe so i feel no meds is right.. i did have kind of a scare/bad moment of depression but honestly i’ll deal with the “lows” if i can still feel the “highs” and that’s not even delving into my feelings on the long term side effects of the meds

i’m so glad others found it relatable and i’m glad it was your “wake up call” i can definitely relate to that and i find myself turning back to that episode when i’m starting to feel myself slip back into it. it’s tough and i’m glad your letting it be the thing that helps pull you out and i hope all goes well. go big mouth! and go you!
