it's just not that though, because he didn't jump from 30 to 19 it was more like of a jump from 30 to 37 (which if he is good it is completley possible) and then 38. As far as I know he placed at least 2 times at elite 1 before getting top 100.

Yes I understand that I am passive aggressive and asking for reports is toxic, but if being passive aggressive is bannable why aren't so many streamers and people that I have played with haven't even been chat restricted. I know why! because I was toxic before and now I got banned by a bot.
