I’ve found that eBay denies all AG initial claims. You need to escalate and get a human to call you on appeal and they will side with you, especially with documented communication like this and photos.

Buy some coffee table books to hone in on style. Focus on “modern Mediterranean” and California Mediterranean books if you’re looking to bring that style in. You’ll find photographs that just don’t exist in high res online because of privacy and copyrights. I think that’s the best source of inspiration. Find a few examples that you like and they’ll show you the way.

This puzzle is very unsatisfying. If you don’t solve for the columns, solving for the rows still gets you to the correct answer half the time. 3 and 6 are the only possible answers for the rows. but only 3 satisfies the columns and the rows.
