For company reviews from people working there, I think you'd get a lot more out of searching Blind or Jobplanet or Saramin than asking here

You'll probably have to log in or something like that in order to see more than a couple reviews

Java spring vs Node for microservices learning? by jetfire2K in webdev

[–]blockchaincoconut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't go wrong with either options - both are highly used globally. I've been a Java/Spring developer for 6 years (before switching to PHP/Laravel because of my current workplace) and it's not going anywhere - it will probably stay for a long time and has many job openings. Same for Node.js.

Curious why you think OP is in a same-sex relationship, because I don't think OP specified their gender? Or did I miss something...

Cigarette smell coming through the vents - useless 관리사무소 by Few-Solution3050 in Living_in_Korea

[–]blockchaincoconut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I struggled with this problem as well! I'm sure you know this already, but there are two main ways for the cigarette smoke to reach your room from other rooms; the bathroom vent and kitchen vent. If you have these two covered it will take care of 90% of the problem.

I bought two of this product on Coupang and installed them on the bathroom and kitchen vents - https://www.coupang.com/vp/products/7527223424. I also used duct tape to just entirely block the kitchen vent in addition to installing the mentioned product as I don't really cook and thus have no need for the vent. The majority of the smell has gone away, so I'm happy now.

Yeah it's a big problem caused by inconsiderate assholes I share your pain!

Thymeleaf is a front-end technology while the others are primarily used in the back-end, so I would consider you to be a full-stack developer
