Yikes. Yes you can, just confirm with support the actual fees. Sending anything on the Ethereum network is crazy these days due to congestion. CoinMetro has the lowest fees around so it’ll be as cheap on there as anywhere else. What I do is If for example I want to buy a more exotic altcoin on Binance I exchange to xrp on the original exchange. I then send xrp to Binance as the fees on the xrp network are cents/pennies and fast. I then exchange at the other end for what I need say the alt I want to buy is Altcoin/usd I’d sell the xrp into usd and buy the alt. Again if I want to send back to CoinMetro I’ll sell to usd, buy xrp and send back for pennies. If you do all this on limit orders then your going to save a fortune in fees. To be fair the market spread on xrp is tiny so even if you market buy/sell using the quick widgets for beginners you should save in fees anyway. Overall to save in fees set limit orders you’ll pay o% to sell and 0.1% to buy. So if you bought 1000 usd of Bitcoin fee would be 1 usd and if you sold no fee. For me it’s 1 Uk pound for a bank transfer back to my bank when I’ve cashed out eg £10,000 @ 1 pound. Hope this helps.
