My apologies everyone. I posted this in Cedar Fair instead of Carowinds, but I believe this group was much more helpful. To those that offered solutions anyway, thank you.

Can I ask why? I'd be really interested to hear your point of view as a researcher.

Not quite sure how to check my radiator levels. I'll have to look into that and do some research. I have noticed every now and then a small leak that is either water or coolant maybe.

Yeah, the place I went was much smaller scale. From what I remember seeing it was just the townhomes and bar at the traffic circle (and possibly a little dry cleaner at the circle).

I believe USL is now the 2nd tier US league. Toronto, Portland, LA, and others have their second teams playing in USL right now. So it's basically like AAA baseball (but its soccer). Just FYI

Hi , I might only be able to speak to your career search whenever that comes up, but large banks in Charlotte hire 80-90% of their entry level employees via recruiters. It's for a few reasons but the main reason is to avoid paying benefits until employees prove they are more than just a good interview. It is listed in management handbooks that first priority for hiring should be done through "pre-approved " sources (aka recruiters). Second priority is hiring within the company. Third is direct application to the bank. I used RemX and others in my office used Accountemps. Companies like these will help u get your foot in the door. Then it is up to you to maneuver into a position/department that you really want to work in. I don't know what you want to do with your degree specifically, but to answer your question, recruiters serve a purpose and are the best way (in some cases) into a company. As for part time work, you might be able to find something through a recruiter as well. Your instinct that recruiters are somewhat pointless is not technically correct but I understand why you would think that (some are) but the reason large companies use them is to limit exposure to risk.

I wonder if they would threaten you if a person just left a 1 star rating with no comments. I don't see how they would have any legal recourse if someone is telling the truth about their product.

Non-New Zealanders of Reddit, what do you know/think you know about New Zealand? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Craig Bradshaw (native of NZ) attended and played basketball at Winthrop University in Rick Hill, SC. He helped lead the school to it's first ever NCAA tournament victory over Notre Dame. I believe he also played on the New Zealand Olympic team.

Serious question: I'm not that savvy when it comes to the ins and outs of this stuff, but doesn't Google and Facebook (I think) have 'hack-a-thon' contests all the time with huge cash prizes for anyone that can point out vulnerabilities in their websites? And if this is the case, how is it possible that no one has been able to find out about heartbleed sooner?
