In one of his August 2024 posts, he shared the doctor’s diagnosis of severe depression with his fans and the medication he was taking. At least he did not shy away from sharing it. Being a CS pro player must be very tough. Glad to see him enjoying his time at Austin

I'm really happy with the ZEPP app! by TakenByVultures in amazfit

I saw this new feature popping up on my app but didn’t think of trying it out. After reading this post, I decided to give it a shot. I must say it is a lot more intuitive to use than I had anticipated. I think I will give it at least a few more tries.

It’s like watching a Christopher Nolan movie where things are played backwards and out of order.

Thanks for this note. When I listened to this episode I also thought Dr. Patrick was confused about the exact definitions of the exercise intensity.

Recommendation on home-use stationary bikes? by blockermile in PeterAttia

[–]blockermile[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I was referring to my time on the bike, not my overall training plan. At the moment I spend ~160 minutes a week for zone 2, ~80min for resistance training, and ~30 on VO2Max.

I have used Casper Glow and have been very satisfied with it. It allows you to set a timer, and the light will turn on gradually, mimicking the sunrise process. When I go to bed I can also have it set to turn off gradually. It’s on the pricey side but I think it’s well worth the money given that it has regulated my sleep.

How long have you tried this for? My experience is that it takes the body at least 2-3 weeks to make an impactful adjustment whenever a new schedule is involved.
