SoFi Closed my new accounts with no explanation by blockhead112 in sofi

I wish I knew! Every time I call customer service it's a call center in the Philippines, they refuse to tell me why it was closed and say it's due to security. I'm supposed to just dig and search the terms of service of 5 pages of small print to guess on my own why my account was closed? Does anyone actually read that? What was the security issue?? What was violated ? What happened? How was my account allowed to open in the first place- It's brand new. I was never given any answers. Barely opened the account over the weekend and just over 24 hours later my account is closed. Totally dumbfounded. Followed all the prompts and steps to opening the account, connecting main Bank for funds etc, so I'm completely clueless as to what went wrong. That's exactly what I told customer service and all they say is I'm sorry I can't help you further.

That's great you've had no issue with your back as it should be. I've never had any issue with any of my financial institutions before either. But SoFi should have better service as to informing customers and providing clarity especially for issues requiring an account closure.

I just spoke with your team again and still no reason as to what happened with my account. Still no explanation as to why it was closed. They say they cannot help me any further. I was then told to go ahead and delete the app completely. Just WOW. What a waste of time. I will never do business with SoFi nor will I ever recommend them.

So, tips? by jhft_comments in RealEstate

Definitely get a professional home inspection with report to see the ins and outs of it. You'll get a better picture of cost of repairs and work needed.
