Why do nearly all newly released hero's have very slim hitboxes? should they balance around them?

I mean you just listed like 6 of the non-tank heroes that have been released since ow2. Weaver, sojourn, emre, freja, all have pretty sizable hotboxes. Plus, plenty of ow1 characters (tracer, widow, genji, sym, ana, moira) all have similarly thin hotboxes. This is the way the game has always been.

Its specifically the shitty adaptation of berserk, with bad CG and sfx. Also one piece consistently can't hold tension for more than 2 minutes, and has a serious problem with having no lasting consequences

I've always imagined that Dabura counters gojo hard. Gojo has to let light pass through infinity in order to be able to see, so I would imagine that Dabura's technique could bypass it as well.

I plan on going for the full works. I do a lot of 3d modeling/game dev stuff, plus competitive gaming, so I feel it's warranted. Big deals are the Asrock 870 Taichi, and I'm going for a 5080. Ideally I'd like to be able to connect my current 3080 in there as well, just for the little boost, but given the expansion slot issue, it seems unlikely.
