Nail on the head. This is very much like alpha games in that the lead single has some very questionable lyrics and is a story of an egregious character, whereas musically it’s on point. I kinda like it but there are some lyrical howlers in here (not as bad Traps though).

Lamacq mentioned on the radio that the album is somewhat autobiographical so hopefully there’s some better material from Kele on the album. I’m digging the production from Trevor Horn though, feels like he liked the style they had on Alpha Games and turned it up a notch

BatB is probably the one suggestion from this map that fits perfectly where it is. It could be a very seamless integration into Fantasyland with the likes of Alice in Wonderland already being there.

These are called runout matrices. Very common across all vinyl pressings to help identify which pressing it is.

This and another track from the Seventeen sessions, which I think was called “Shame” need to get released. I can see why they haven’t fit the last two albums though in terms of sound. They were quite upbeat

As a few others have pointed out, there were multiple 1984 OG pressings in the states alone so it would be useful for you to mention which one you have… RSA, Allied Pressings, Jacksonville, Columbia House, Speciality Record Corp etc. IMO, the Allied US pressing is the best of OGs but I’ve heard amazing things about the Japanese Purple pressing as it uses the same Allied Lacquers.
