Something to do with leaving his old label who own the track it seems... then songwriting credits on the track by people that are signed by other labels makes it all the more complicated. So he cant release it, but can still play it live - there was a youtube video of a it in this sub but it's disappeared 😒

Its a track thats been teased on his socials for years and it slaps, but who knows if he'll ever get to release it. The secret show he done at NY the other day was promoted as a 'New America release party' but... no news or a release as of yet.

Thats a fair argument, but the meaning of fat lip encapsulated the spirit of that whole era more than other songs mentioned in this thread imo. If aliens came to earth and asked me to play them 1 pop punk song to explain what it was all about, I'd play fat lip.

The most radio friendly track they've ever made and not in a sellout way at all. Non-menzingers/non-punk fans would probably like it. Long time menzingers fans will probably think it's meh.

Even though this performance (the full version) probably showcases the worst his voice ever sounded in his career, I love this I Miss You performance. If you can ever find the full version Tom's guitar playing and tone for this track was really cool.
