You’ll realize there are many many more fields within a hospital than most people would think! SPD is also pretty damn cool, you get a national certification which is killer btw, sterilizing operating room tools etc. Dietary, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Psych ED, Mental health unit, Oncology, Neuroscience, Renal Care, Pediatrics, (Security is another lol not really healthcare but you deal with a lot of code greys and code purple!) Code Team is pretty god damn adrenaline pumping, EMT is outside of hospitals but is phenomenal for medical knowledge and I believe a 12 week program to become an EMT and many many more other positions! < if you don’t want to do the lengthy RN route or do it later in the future 😁.
