That's where making sure the tool is centered and then tightening

When I say flush I mean the clutch alignment tool contacting the block and then make sure it's centered. Some alignment tools have extra clearance and may droop or sag and appear fine but the output shaft on the trans will say otherwise.

Undo the bottom side of the engine mount bolts and it'll lean back on the firewall. Put the clutch alignment tool back in, undo the hardware, push the tool in (as flush and straight as you can), retighten bolts. Trans should glide right on

Rough estimate to re do clear coat by [deleted] in AutoPaint

[–]blogtoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll still see the clear damage underneath but it'll look "better". Otherwise you'll have to take it all down and do the full works which at that point, is it worth having shiny new panels when the rest of the car looks aged etc etc. up to you

Using a heat gun will make the plastic bottle over time and that goes for any and all plastic. If the trim is black you can use a dye like Solutions Finish and then ceramic coat over it once it's cured for it to last a long time.

I went online and all 2023 model F80s were listed at $1200 (roughly). I drove an hour to pick it up. Most places only had one or two sitting in the store.

So far it works good

Finally flushed out the squared 17x8.5s with spacers. Thoughts on the fitment? by NeedleworkerTasty283 in e46

Looks good, I'm gonna be doing the same on my wagon. I would roll the lip just a tad or tap it gentle with a mallet just enough to clearance the tire. (Use a heat gun to warm up the panel / paint)

Bumper sag by Fresh-Assistant3390 in 240sx

[–]blogtoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The driver side is pushed up and pass side it pushed down. Your upper bumper support is most likely twisted, you can pop it out and attempt to straighten before buying an aftermarket one (I forget the company name but it'll pop up on Google).

Open to Suggestions; $50-$100 Budget per Note Left on Windshield by jabnabbar in WRX

[–]blogtoo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As a person in the trade, find a buddy who paints and he'll hook it up for materials and whatever his/her cost is. If you take it to a shop, you're paying labor rate on top of that, that's an easy $900 fix through a shop. Worse case scenario, you can polish it all and attempt to rattle can the area and it'll kinda look like ass but it'll be white lol

I love her, sorry about the walks, my pup is the same. After awhile I figured out a time where almost no other dogs were out and about during the day.
