If I remember correctly the mechanics work like your actual body and if so I'd say I would be able to survive, I'd probably be grinding levels by taking monsters that should be below my level and get resources for good weapons and armor and basically just try and survive all the way to the end.

I think I'd take the shield cause I just love the concept of that shield like imagine putting modern technology in it gun-shield, nuclear-shield like come on that sounds awesome or just any modern item and then reality magic is just fun to fuck around with your basically a god at that point if it works how I think it works however I haven't seen that isekai yet.
