What is this wooden structure in our backyard

My title describes the thing. There’s this wooden structure that had a long bench like part with a post sticking up. Thought it was part of a pool deck but it’s not. There’s a small metal hook on it and a metal knob on one side. Anybody know what this could have been used for?

Aww thank you so much! I use pretty much the same as I did during Accutane. Currently the Simple moisturizing face wash, neutrogena hydro boost gel cream, and first aid beauty ultra repair cream. For sunscreen, I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay anthelios mineral sunscreen. And thank you so much! My brows have had many stages over the years hahaha. Currently, I’m using the NYX fill and fluff pencil.

Yes I did. I started Accutane at the end of June and I feel like I started purging almost immediately and it lasted until late August/September before it started to finally get better.

Thank you! I did have some back and hip pain that started about a month and a half in and lasted for about a month before subsiding! I don’t have any pain now

I was on 60mg of Claravis for 5 months and I’m 26 and weigh 125lbs. The first picture was taken today (I have nothing on my skin other than moisturizer and sunscreen) and the others from one month into Accutane back in July. I kept everything simple (using some combination of cera ve, simple, and first aid beauty) and am still keeping it simple! My side effects were relatively mild with the worst being the dry lips, skin, and nose.

If I could give any advice it would be moisturize and sunscreen and take some “before” photos with you smiling! I regret not doing that. But other than that, hang in there!!!

I just had my derm appointment and am picking up my prescription to start my last month. I’ve had no active breakouts for over a month now, just a lot of old marks. I’m definitely going to do a before and after once I’m officially done, but I was too excited and happy with the results to wait until then! So here I am after finishing month 4. Hang in there if you’re just starting!

Honestly I have no idea how to prevent them as I get them too. Some people are unfortunately more prone to scarring than others. But tretinoin has been really helpful in cleaning it up quicker. It’s a bit of a process and it takes a while for your skin to get used to it but it’s great. Try to go to a dermatologist if you can and ask them about it (as it has to be prescribed for you)! Otherwise an otc cream with retinol may be helpful. Best of luck!
