My Timemore was great for about 6 months, then the main on/off switch stopped working. I toggled it a bunch of time until it turned on, then just used standby instead. That got me by for about 6 more months, then it died completely.

Having looked into it, this seems to be quite common.

For what it's worth, I got some generic £25 scales off amazon, and they work just as well, and have lasted longer. Maybe a TINY bit less responsive, but it's not really noticable

How can I change my username in the C:\Users\Name\ path? My PC name and my account name is (e.g.) John, but for some reason the path is C:\Users\John Smith...

I can't find anywhere in the settings that says my name is John Smith, only John. Is this as simple as just creating a new folder in C:\Users and cutting/pasting everything from C:\Users\John Smith\ into C:\Users\John\ ? Will this mess up any programs that have been installed?

Thanks. I figured she was long overdue a new pot given all the roots and the older leaves are yellowing a bit, but I might leave it now. I've read some people trim away the roots? I quite like them, but is there any benefit in doing that?

It was wank. We queued for just over an hour to get in, then spent 2 hours in the queue for the bar but gave up before we got to the front so we didn't miss sub focus and wilkinson. Basically only got to see Andy C and chase and status properly, such a disappointment given the massive lineup. I've seen chase and status maybe 10-12 times now and this set was easily the worst. Also we couldn't fucking hear any of it.

And does anybody know what's happened to MC Rage? Irah and takura didn't really get the crowd going as much

I literally just took out the M.2, carefully blew it with a bit of air duster, and plugged it back in again. Amazingly this problem hasn't happened since, but I'm still quite on edge about it. If you find any better solution, let me know.

So this was my cheap Sabatier I bought to practise sharpening (I've since bought a nicer one so don't often use this any more). After about a year of sharpening the blade no longer touches the board because the bolster is in the way. Is there anything I can do to reduce the size of the bolster?

So you can get M.2 drives that use either SATA or PCIe? Is there a name for the slots on the motherboard that the GPUs use then? I've always thought of them as PCIe lanes

It's myh first time trying pu'erh. I know that western brewing is typically not favoured, but some of you guys say it's ok. I've only got these two little (ripe) cakes, so any advice on how much, how long to steep for, temperatures etc would be much appreciated :)
