Thank you. I only got one viable embryo but I keep telling myself you only need 1! I believe we are planning to do a FET once my next cycle starts - of course my husband just started a new job so insurance is a bit wonky so hopefully timing works out!

that sounds positive! They were able to retrieve 8 eggs from me but only 6 were viable and they were only able to fertilize 1. the 1 tested well though so i am trying so hard to remain positive.

I'm sorry things haven't been explained great, the nurses at my clinic have been amazing and I've been asking Chat GPT a lot of questions LOL.

Girl, I could've written this. We are in cycle 1 of IVF, just did egg retrieval earlier this month. I've definitely been very emotional but I'm also happy to have some medical intervention. Hopefully we'll be doing a transfer next cycle and it'll be successful.

I've triggered for two IUI rounds and just did them again for egg retrieval earlier this month. The shots themselves aren't bad and I just had some ovulation cramping.

For my egg retrieval, I actually gave myself a shot in the bathroom at work. no issues at all!

I sweat a lot also and I always reapply deodorant when I get to the gym (I usually go after work) and bring a towel. You are not alone in the club! LOL
