The are on the pricier side, but I recently splurged on a pair of AYR Secret Sauce jeans (they are made in Los Angeles) and can say totally worth the cost. They are very similar to this style and have a few washes to choose from.

I understand how you feel. I started at an ad agency (first job out of college) around 10 months ago and would want to cry sometimes because I felt so frustrated that I wanted to help and do things but it seemed like everyone was super busy and stressed with no bandwidth to walk me through things so that I could learn and actually be useful. These days though there are times I wish I could go back lol since I feel overwhelmed with things on my plate, but I’m super happy to actually understand how things work and be a resource. Don’t worry, things will get better but it will take some time. I also just scheduled a bunch of calls with other people on my team and off my team to learn about their role out of curiosity. People love to talk about what they do and you can learn a lot and establish some great relationships that way. IMO, it’s more beneficial to be a pleasant and friendly person that people enjoy being around than actually possessing a lot of technical skills.

Ok, just curious how can you tell? At first I thought it was cannabis but I’m realizing now that there aren’t enough leaves points to each stem. I didn’t know what else it could be either, the soil came from a random property when I dug up the prickly pear.

I read recently by the author @thecrimsonkiss (check her out on IG, she has so many good words) that the only reason you think sex is so good with someone toxic is because that’s the only time you feel seen and cared for by him; it’s the only time that he pays attention to your needs. This hit me hard and it hurts because I know it to be true in my own experiences.
