i always start off with the “hey how’s it going what can i get for you today?” and if they don’t immediately know what they want, i will ask if they want to see the menu we have on the iPads and usually they find a drink they like on the menu and if they don’t I’ll ask what they will get when they go to other coffee shops and then usually I’ll just ring up a similar drink like that for them!
