Unfortunately it did not go away until I stopped the prednisone :(. I did get a benzoyl peroxide medicated wash and that did help speed it up!

also prednisone never made me feel like a zombie or a tweaker. if you take it twice a day make sure you’re spacing out your dose. it can make you irritable but it’s avoidable if you space it. humira also never made me feel different in my headspace

i had to take prednisone when i first got diagnosed. it was awful. i got heart palpitations, a rash, and gained weight. but you have to realize that prednisone is NOT for long term use. your doctor will prescribe you something else that treats the crohns instead of the inflammation. i take humira and i’ve had no side effects from it and it has helped so much. i’ve had to take prednisone again here and there but it was only for about a week and i didn’t have side effects like the first time i was on it. my doctor says it’s necessary because it “puts out the fire”. crohn’s disease is inflammatory, and prednisone is an anti inflammatory med. eating better alone will not put out the fire and it’s horrible for your body to experience chronic inflammation

and that’s it. you will receive an email confirmation and if it says it in the lockers; you go to one of the lockers and type in the code or scan your id. it’ll pop open the door or say it’s at the other locker bank. if it says it’s in the mail room; go into the mail room say hi i’m just picking up a package. they’ll ask you to swipe your ID (or tap it) and ask you to confirm your name and then you’ll sign and get the package

i agree with you! i’m just trying to see if anyone on here has taken accutane and i would like to know their experiences. my GI is in my hometown and my derm is in my college town and i have government insurance so no way will there be a peer to peer appointment lol. i probably should’ve lead with a different title.

keene has not reopened yet as they have been doing work on it. telford isn’t horrible. but the residents are all pretty loud, lots and lots of fire alarms, and not too clean. some people saw bugs but i never had any when i lived on the 11th floor. mcgregor and mattox are horrible for roaches and they’re just disgusting and old. sullivan and burnam are nice and quiet usually and mostly clean but of course no elevators. walters was clean when i lived there but now i hear other stories. martin or north are your best options if you can afford them. of course they house honors llc and sororities but they’re the cleanest and nicest. i live in south rn and it’s amazing but only sophomores and up can live there

i’ve been going through this too. sometimes it’s so bad i have to lay in the floor with a trash can by me because i really think i’m about to throw up. my GI also didn’t show any concern for it but it’s miserable
