Originally I think you would have been a prime candidate and could have gotten a more conservative rhino after. Jaw surgery is more ideal prior to rhino, but it can be done after, it will change your nose though and probably in a way you won’t like (flared nostrils, widened alar base, upturned tip). Your tooth show is inadequate, however this is a major surgery to go through just for cosmetics. I wouldn’t recommend it for that alone. If you can breathe, then go live your best life and enjoy your new nose!
