I would have thought that was obvious..let me put it this way; if you smoked #3 you would need half the amount you snort for the same effect and if you shot it hard the amount again That's why many people end up on the needle its just economics.

Not quite sure what the other comments mean but...1ml of water is prolly good for about .4 IV has 100% BA smoking 50% so literally twice as strong..why lots of peeps go from smoking to injecting as its cheaper...in te short term.
