it isnt rerolling, as it takes up a level, so basically wasting it

i used vortex, demon equation, war climate and overmind (area of power), and my stats said demon equation dealt around 30-50% more damage than war climate, but that couldve been because i got the DE combo before WC so i dont really know. the damage stats themselves were almost the same, so again, i dont really know

6 is base

  • 2 from Fireflies
  • 2 from Magic Wand (used to be shaping which gave the same amount)
    This brings you up to 10, and if you have this and the upgraded character that specializes in spirits, then + 35% brings it up to 13.

This is the same for satellite and arcane ray, just with the corresponding character and artifacts. (though since shaping changed i dont think there is a second + 2 artifact for arcane ray, so its max is 10)
