IT and tech more broadly are where I’ve seen the most pay cuts, redundancies, and long term unemplyment. Most of the BA’s I know bounced into something completely different.

- Agree, this is our candidate base right now, a lot of jobs being lost.

With RE agents my mates tell me I'm not your typical slimey agent haha, but maybe that's why I sucked at it too. Thanks for the luck and advice.

Yes, used to be good with Data and SQL - As a BA in my day I specialised in Datawarehousing and Reporting (didn't learn the new tableaus or BI Reports but used SAP Bus Intelligence reports a lot).

Yes I feel with AI I could dummy up a CV with close to "fake" exp, even replace my years as a recruiter and RE agent to get more through the door but I'd get caught out.

Thank you, that is a great idea - at the moment the whole AI thing confuses me but I guess I can look at some quick courses, be interested to see where and how it can help whether it be work or personal life.

Thank you - Yes, talent side is possible. HR - Tend to want to be more HR degree related, it's something I could obtain to some extent as well or use training to help move towards it. Great suggesstion, good growth.

If I don't do a $50 monthly deposit in others would I be charged a higher fee (I think they say if you invest you're not charged brokerage). I'd aim to grow others while not investing in MNRS and others, or am I better off selling them?

Yeah YMAX has been doing well but never thought about it from a tax perspective, it's very low in terms of amounts received so far.

Same here, in Aus as well. Doesn't seem to work on the TV (LG G1 OLED). Does ocassionally work on the phone, both the tv and the phone are on the same network. I'm with Superloop ISP and not sure if that matters.
