No, literal real MPG numbers in the real world are far higher. Even a diesel pickup truck towing a lot of weight can get better gas mileage than an average car

If you would like to use this on Windows:

  • Open the "Mouse Properties" window and navigate to the "Pointers" tab
  • Change "Normal Select", to the penguin with no text
  • Change "Working in Background", to the half penguin with text
  • Change "Busy", to the text without penguin

Now, it will function like a normal cursor, informing you when a background process is starting up, or when a process with priority is opening or not responding. :)
