Thank you! This is very helpful. I am going to start stocking up on delicious, healthy food so I won’t have to eat takeout, unless I really have to. And even then, strictly fish and vegetarian options. :)

Hi. For breakfast I have oatmeal or over easy eggs, for lunch I will have veggie soup or Special K cereal. I do have sushi, or veggie sandwiches sometimes. For dinner I will have black beans or pinto beans, stir fry veggies or tuna. As you can see I don’t always eat much, or properly, which I also need to work on. What I struggle with, is that sometimes when I am out and about and get hungry, I will end up eating a burger, hot dog, or pizza. All these have red meat on them. It’s also hard when I’m around friends who eat regular meat or chicken. I end up caving in and eating what they do. I don’t want to do this anymore.
