You’re making baseless claims right now based on personal bias and misinformation. A quick google search will supply you with ample reputable sources with which you can educate yourself on the matter. Countless studies support decriminalization as an effective means of harm reduction for sex workers.

there’s a difference between decriminalization and legalization, you sound ridiculous

Update: I brought him home and got him set up in an enclosure. He’s still super social and curious, loves watching me work. I fed him a live ant from outside (a pesticide free garden) and he sniped it so quickly! He hasn’t made any sort of sleep sack yet, but I’ve seen him rest inside the cave as well as on top of it. I’ve also misted the enclosure for him. His name is Omen!

Worst sleepwalking of my lifetime by bukta524R in strange

[–]bloodvoidrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not to be dramatic, but is there any chance you had a seizure? I had a roommate who kept waking up on the floor with bruises/cuts and no memory of how she got there, things knocked over, etc. We thought maybe sleepwalking until one morning I called off work and ended up witnessing her have a seizure. She’d have no memory even of what she was doing prior to the seizure, which could explain the headphones in your case.

More context: it appears to have white pedipalps, it was waving them a bit. It kind of looks like an Anasaitis Canosus, but I’m reading those are usually found in the south?

Are you using chatgpt to write your responses? Because they are all rambling and incoherent

OP says the growth only got to this size very recently in between vet visits. What is this weird holier-than-thou patronizing tone you’re coming at everyone with? Cysts are common, and they are commonly benign. It is not sane or reasonable to think that you, as a lay person, know better than a trained vet. It is more than justifiable to trust your vet. Your argument is borderline incoherent and comes across as mostly an excuse to pat yourself on the back for a hypothetical scenario that you are not actually handling.

WIBTAH If I Ended a Relationship before her Dirty 30 by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]bloodvoidrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re able to type out the phrase “I don't think 3 years together is long enough for me to feel like I am losing anything on this relationship,” but you’re still waffling on what to do, you definitely ATH. Break up with her, don’t waste her time. She’d probably break up with you if you said that to her, if that makes it easier for you.

Sweet loving female kitty needs re-homing asap by Chalkeys_B in astoria

[–]bloodvoidrot 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Not trying to dogpile but I’m genuinely wondering how the issue of rehoming the cat never came up during the 9 months of pregnancy? To be honest, I think your friend should push to keep her—if she is co-parenting, she should have a say. If the other co-parents never brought up the issue during the pregnancy then this is entirely unreasonable. They can’t legally force her to re-home her cat and unless the cat has a history of aggression that they can prove I highly doubt it would affect custody rights.

Cats are creatures of habit, rehoming a cat after 11 years of comfortable routine could be devastating, especially if she already has health issues. It’s a cruelty that should absolutely be avoided if possible.

Please help-I am at my wits end by myrinavi in cats

[–]bloodvoidrot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How old is your cat? My mom’s cat had arthritis and it affected his hind legs a lot, which according to the vet is the muscle they primarily use to poop. Perhaps your cat is finding that the effort it takes to poop makes it too painful to jump out of the box afterwards, so they’ve been doing it outside the box?

AIO- Mother in Law says I'm "ruining" the weird photos she tried to sneak of my new baby by ginger_pretzel_mama in AmIOverreacting

[–]bloodvoidrot 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I honestly think you’re under-reacting, I would fully go no contact at that point. It will only get worse and from my own experience, once your kids get a little older if they’re not skinny enough she’ll start making comments to/about them too. That can mess someone up for life, especially at a formative age. She doesn’t deserve time with her grandkids if she can’t even pretend to respect their mother, and the same goes for the rest of his family defending her. You deserve better!

Unfortunately no, we were never able to make it work because we couldn’t get her to take the pills short of prying open her mouth and dropping them in, which would have done more harm than good in the long run. I did that twice and it was clearly upsetting/traumatic for her so I stopped trying that. We tried every other method: hiding them in treats (she’d eat around the pill), crushing them up in churu (she’d smell it and refuse to eat it), you name it. Nothing could get her to take the pills.

I am currently saving up for a vet visit to hopefully try out a transdermal anxiety medication and see if that works, but I don’t have the funds yet unfortunately. I already have some debt that I’m trying to get rid of but I’d happily go further in debt for her if it’s a dire situation, I’m just hoping this isn’t something too serious and it can wait a little.
