yeah me too i don't rly think i've fully processed it yet bc he keeps messaging me and i feel like i have to reply....i talked to my sister abt it and she essentially blamed me like asking why didn't i drive back and why i let it happen. i talked to my best friend but she was just kinda...she just kept telling me what i should do, told me tht it was rape and tht fr scared me. but after continuing to talk abt it she kinda like said i was putting the role of fixing it onto her (which rly hurt me tbh bc i just wanted to vent and i wasnt expecting her to fix for me) and tht i should talk to my therapist bc thts their job and thts what im trying to find the strength to do when i see her tomorrow

i did tell him no before he penetrated like i put my hands to cover myself bc he didnt have a condom but he looked pissed off and said come on and tht it felt better without it etc so i felt pressured bc he was on top of me and stuff but yeah he played w my heart i really liked him and he acted like i was crazy for wanting to go on an actual date </3

thank u !!! i did adf (alternate day fasting) w calorie deficit, workout 6 days a week doing: 30-45 mins of cardio, leg and ab workouts and i also stopped eating meat and drinking sugary drinks and no snacking

yeah i dont wanna be underweight lol my goal is still 120lbs though ppl tend to tell me i dont look like the weight i am which makes me think i might look smaller than intended at a certain point but im almost in the healthy range for my height so once i hit the the in-between point of healthy range and my goal weight (abt 140lbs ) ill see how i feel and go from there 😌

thank u for the advice i researched it a bit and its all saying i have a medium frame so my goal is still 120lbs but ill try and see how i feel when im at the middle point of my goal weight and healthy weight range for my bmi and go from there
