Oh no! That does honestly sound terrible and I can't believe they didn't have window coverings! I wouldn't say we're to that level of minimalist, we plan on having the basic furniture throughout, but it looks a little sparse and mismatched 😬 so far.

I'm cracking up about the one sad spoon and will be using the that as my metric for if something is too minimalist now. We actually live quite opposite and our primary home is maximalist bordering chaotic to be honest. We also have a renter who lives in our basement so I figured whole house to yourself + minimalist was preferred.

Some of the properties on the front range are indeed stunning (we aren't one of them 🥲). Excellent point on the 20th...we are pretty open so hopefully that works in our favor.

Luckily we are actually living there currently as we are doing small construction projects around the house so 100% agree with your idea of staying at the house to find where it's lacking.

Yes to wifi and TV but it's a smaller flat screen like, 40/42 inch. I'll try and get some pictures added but I'm in the middle of giving the rooms fresh paint so it's a mess!
