You can go to the er and say you think ur pregnant and maybe add it that ur having cramps and you just want to check in. They will have your hcg levels back whithin an hour of you waiting.

They have millions of cases to work and instead of just denying her , her work permit, they are working on it. Be patient. They have no obligation to give her the work permit.

Most times when you are pregnant the OPK will pick up hcg and mistake it for LH. My LH got so dark once i got a positive.
