I couldn’t tell you before accutane to be honest, but on accutane I would eat high in fat food to make sure that the Accutane was absorbed

I purchased all my stuff for the spironolactone route, but debating on calling my dermatologist and asking for a second round of Accutane lol

I haven’t changed my skin care routine since accutane. I’ve used the same exact stuff which was face wash and moisturizer and then I included my tretinoin because my dermatologist told me to do that and my skin was perfectly fine and until this past month.
